Before creating and using an account on the nbaja platform, please read these terms carefully — full information about your rights, responsibilities, and platform policies is provided here.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between nbaja ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("User", "you", "your"). When you open an account on nbaja, browse the platform, or use any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.
These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to players in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Definitions & Introduction
The following terms are used with the meanings defined below throughout these Terms:
- "Platform" — The nbaja website, mobile version, and all associated services.
- "Account" — Your registered personal user account on the platform.
- "Balance" — The amount held in your account in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
- "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, free spin, or cashback offered by nbaja.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The total betting amount that must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
- "KYC" — The identity verification process (Know Your Customer).
- "Restricted Territory" — Countries or regions where online gambling is illegal and where nbaja does not provide services.
Eligibility & Account Registration Requirements
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to use the nbaja platform. You must provide your correct date of birth when opening an account. nbaja may request proof of age verification at any time.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual may open only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed and the deposited balance may be forfeited. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is also prohibited.
2.3 Accurate Information
You must provide true and complete information when registering an account, including your full name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account suspension or termination.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit
The minimum deposit amount at nbaja is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
3.2 Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. KYC verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Winnings from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirement before withdrawal (see Section 4 for details). nbaja may place a withdrawal on hold and request additional verification in the case of suspicious transactions.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
nbaja offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,200.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer can be claimed only once.
- Bonuses cannot be converted to cash — they can only be used for placing bets.
- nbaja reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Attempting to withdraw a bonus without meeting the conditions may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be investigated.
4.4 VIP Cashback Program
The nbaja VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). You can move up to a higher tier through sufficient gaming activity.
Account Security & Responsibility
5.1 Password & Login Credentials
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
5.2 Unauthorised Access
If you suspect that your account is being used without authorisation, notify the nbaja support team immediately. nbaja will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from suspicious activity that was not reported.
5.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Your account is non-transferable. Selling, renting, or allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
5.4 SSL Encryption & Data Protection
nbaja uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal and financial information secure. We are committed to fair play and will not sell your information to third parties.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbaja platform:
- Opening an account with false or fraudulent information.
- Any form of fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
- Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses across multiple accounts by the same person or members of the same household.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Using automated bots or software to place bets.
- Harassing, threatening, or insulting other users.
- Attempting to intrude on our website's technology or systems.
Responsible Gaming Policy
nbaja places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a means of livelihood. With that in mind, we provide the following tools:

Account Suspension & Termination
9.1 Termination at the User's Request
You may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. It is advisable to withdraw your balance before closing the account.
9.2 Suspension or Termination by nbaja
nbaja may suspend or terminate your account in the following circumstances:
- Any breach of the Terms.
- Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
- Suspicious financial activity.
- Age restriction violation (under 21 years of age).
- Prohibited activities (see Section 6).
- Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
Gaming Services & Fair Play
nbaja provides various types of gaming services, including: slot machines, live casino, sports betting (including cricket, football, and kabaddi), fishing games, and more. All games are operated through third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe).
nbaja guarantees fair play. All game outcomes are determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Neither nbaja nor its staff interfere with the outcome of any game.
10.1 Sports Betting
The sports betting section allows you to place bets on various sporting events. Bet outcomes depend on the official result of the relevant event. If a tournament or match is cancelled, bets may be voided or reassessed.
10.2 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a system error, network issue, or other technical reason, nbaja will make a decision regarding the affected bets in accordance with its own policy. "Wins" resulting from technical errors will not be considered valid.

11.2 Complaints Process
If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, bet, or account-related matter, contact the support team first. Submit your complaint with full details and supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs). nbaja will endeavour to review all complaints fairly and in a timely manner.
11.3 Final Decision
In dispute resolution, nbaja's decision will be considered final. However, a commitment is made to review each dispute impartially.
Limitations of Liability
nbaja will not be held liable for the following:
- Financial loss caused by your own mistakes or negligence.
- Loss caused by unauthorised account access (if you did not report it promptly).
- Delays or issues with third-party payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
- Games or bets being disrupted due to internet connection issues.
- Unexpected technical problems or maintenance downtime.
In any circumstance, our maximum liability will not exceed the value of that specific transaction.
Changes to Terms
nbaja reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. Reasonable advance notice will be given for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.
